Need Medicine For Back Injury

I need to get an AME doctors name in Chico, Ca . I hurt my back and workers comp did not give me an ame doctors name nor did they send me one. i am having to go to a deposotopn on may 20th and i was told that i should have seen an ame docotrto give me per cent frm my injury on my back

Hello I have gone through your question and appreciate Your concern.
For your back pain u should try analgesics like ibuprofen.
Local Analgesic gel application will also be useful.
Lie on flat hard bed.

Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy Weights.
Hot fomentation thrice a day.
Muscle relaxants and analgesics will help you.
