Hi I have been suffering lower right abdom pain last 15days I went dr he said to take ct scan plain and iv contrast done same and the result was bladder partially distended and what it means and dr given antibiotic still I hv mild pain brief me wt to do nect

Your pain is there for 15 days and you have already gone through CT scan.
Distended bladder can not cause pain in the right side of the abdomen.
So you have to have a clinical diagnosis by examination by a Surgeon. This pain may be due to colitis and need a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole and antispasmodic medicines on prescription.
