Need Medication For Tiredness And Leg Pain After Having An Heart Attack

I had a heart attack 18months ago and lately I have been extremely tired and have aching legs. Could this be a sign of further heart issues? I am on no medication except asprin as I was unable to take it as it made me experience symptoms similar to what I have now.

Hello,
Firstly I would like to know your heart function. It is evaluated by echocardiography as ejection fraction(EF). Do you have leg edema or not? Your blood pressure is within normal limits? Do you stopped the medication because it caused the blood pressure to go down too much? If your heart performance is good there is no reason to relate this symptoms with the heart attack. We have to establish a diagnosis, then to give a medication for the tiredness and leg pain.
