Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain and swelling of the vagina after sexual intercourse could be traumatic.
Mechanical pressure and/ or trauma during the act may be responsible for pain and swelling.
Abstain from vaginal sex for some days till symptoms disappear.
Pain killers may be taken if pain is disturbing.
Sitz baths may be taken if symptoms are very troublesome. It will help to reduce the swelling.

Thanks and take care
