Need Medication For Passing Of Black Stool Due To Chronic Gastritis
i occasionally have black stool & have 9gms hb & feel very tired & exhausted all the time... my 128 slice ct enterography & endoscopy is normal.. biopsy reports show chronic gastritis... still im getting black stools quite off & on... should i go for colonoscopy??

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the symptoms black stool with low hemoglobin then it could be due to intestinal bleeding (Oozing ) and it needs to be taken seriously and it is right to think about the colonoscopy here infection also needs to be ruled out hope this information helps.
