Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

It will be just a soreness where the skin is irritated by the nerve dysfunction. Even the thyroid dysfunction can give contra reaction to the medication for which it's good to have a check on.

Doing exercises to control the thyroid levels along with medicines and even doing exercises for that back will help improve the symptoms.

In my clinical practice of over 12 years, most cases respond well to combination therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
