my 4 yr old son complained of not feeling well he felt fevered so i gave him tylenol at bedtime he complained of a headache and had a fever of 102 gave motrin woke up this morning fevered and headache on and off all day today with nasal congestion he was at the dr about 2 wks ago and they prescribed phenegran but now this

Clinically he is having viral URTI.what he requires is symptomatic treatment like paracetamol (Tylenol ) and saline nose drops.If fever doesn't decrease in 48 hours then consult your doctor
