Need Medication For Frequent Hiccups, Acid Reflux
Hi, I ve had for probably at LEAST a year hiccups so frequently each day that they actually start to hurt. I would average it out to be 7-10 times a day. Sometimes I have a single, really loud hiccup. But mostly... really long strech of constant normal hiccups. I had spoken to my family Dr about this as a concern of mine and a few family members, but he saw really no issue with it. He just prescribed omeprazole for acid reflux and in all this time, it has not helped even the slightest bit. Now I work in a hospital doing housekeeping for the OR s and I m getting a ton of people telling me I need to go get a second opinion because they re hearing for themselves how often I have these. One has recently recommended an EGD. Is this something you being a Dr yourself would recommend? Is there even anything that can be done for it that it will pay me to try and figure this out? -CA

Hi i read ur problem of hiccups,acid reflux but u donot be worry because this is not a great problem.First of all u take some prescription u will be fine-
1-The most imp cause of ur disease is constipation so clear constipation by intake of 10-12 glasses of water everyday.
2-Take one full spoon TRIPHLA CHURNA in night with hot water.
3-Take a syrup himcocid (himalaya ) one teaspoon in twice daily.
4-Take omeprazole 40mg continue as u taken early.
5-Use higgwastak churna mix with mattha twice a day.
6-U concern ur doctor for endoscopy for knowing the root cause.
7-U also concern for H.pyroli test.
U first follow the precaustion and get tell me ur condition .
