Need Medication For Back Pain, Dizziness ,headache & Lower Abdomen Pain

I am 10 weeks pregnant and have been having awful back pain. I also have pains on both sides of my lower abdomen which come and go. I feel extremely tired and get dizzy with headaches, this is my second pregnancy but don t think all this happened the first time and was wondering if it was normal.

We should understand tat every pregnancy s different n wit advancing pregnancy the process of aging will also happen... If u have done ur basic scan n found the baby's heart beat n tat it is inside the uterus there s no further worry
