Hello

According to report, you are suffering from degenerative disc disease of cervical spine.
Degenerative changes occurs in spine due to aging and development of weakness in annulus fibrosis.

1.At C5- 6 level, there is disc desiccation(loss of water from inter vertebral disc ) with a broad based posterior disc bulge and there is also focal right paracentral disc protrusion which is superimposed on the bulge.

There is also mild end plate erosion and bilateral uncovertebral joint hypertrophy (left greater than right).

Disc prolapse is also causing mild mass effect on spinal cord with minimal central canal and right lateral recess narrowing.

Majority of the cases of degenerative spine disease are benefited by physiotherapy,so physiotherapy should be tried first.
Surgery should be the last option.
There are also medicines like capsule pregabalin available for pain relief.

Treatment can be planned after consultation with neurologist.

Get well soon.
Take Care
