Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Fetal node and cardiac activity is not visible in ultrasound so early in pregnancy. These are visible by 6 weeks pregnancy in a transabdominal ultrasound, when the gestational sac is around 20 mm in size. Good decidual reaction is a sign of healthy pregnancy.
I suggest you not to worry and get the ultrasound done after2 weeks.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
