Hello,
you haven't given any information about your medical history so I couldn't provide a complete evaluation of your situation. Your results mean that your thyroid is severely malfunctioning. Your lipid levels are also higher than normal but this is probably the consequence of your thyroid malfunction and is not that big deal right now. You should check with an endocrinologist as soon as possible because you need treatment. Your thyroid should be your first priority. As soon as your thyroid hormones get back to normal, you should check your lipid levels again.
The rest of the results that you provided are probably nothing to worry about, although a follow up measurement would be appropriate along with a liver ultrasound. Judging from the provided values, I gather you should be overweight (it's not mentioned anywhere). Overweight persons may sometimes develop a fatty liver which is a possible cause for the AST - 90 IU/L that you mentioned. The liver ultrasound will make that clear. MCV, MPV and PCT are nothing to worry about, they only mean something when the complete blood count is abnormal.
I hope I've made things more clear for you! If you have any questions feel free to ask again.
Kind Regards!
