Need Help With Understanding CT Scan

I have microscopic hematuria. Otherwise, my urinalysis was normal. My bloodwork was also normal. I had a CT scan which indicated slight edamatous type appearances to the right kidney with obliteration of some of the right calyceal fat and the appearances are suggestive or right pyelonephritis . What could this be?

hi, you have inflammation in your kidney. it may be acute or chronic. that is the reason you have microscopic hematuria. so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly
