Need Help With Understanding 34 Week Scan

Hi,
I am 34 weeks pregnant and done 6 scan from starting point to now. NT and anatomy scan was ok and no fetal anomoly found till 34 weeks. at 34 weeks the following measurement are varying.
1) BPD = 94mm (38.94 weeks)
2) HC = 331 mm(38.15 weeks)
AC and FL showing normal measurements. is it normal ?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There is sometimes slightly larger measurements obtained at 34 weeks because the skull bones are yet to undergo moulding. This can cause sightly higher measurements in the HC and BPD (head circumference and biparietal diameter). The head might be a little big but there is no reason to get worried. The report paramenters are acceptable for 34 weeks even if the head is measuring 38 weeks.
