what does it mean when findings state: normal vaginal flora (nugent method) Pus cells + +2/hpf, Epithelial cells = + 3/lpf and the findings : the following lesions wer noted : "disclosure of sexual abuse". is it conclusive that maybe victim was raped or sexually abuse?

They are necessary and they help us. these are normal flora. In your vagina, only normal flora is seen 2. Pus cells are present - it means possible infection 3. Epithelial cells are present indicating mild mucosal injury. - As it is present, abuse needs to be evaluated. They are no sure, about any abuse. So the statement.
