Radiologist 's  Response
Hello, thanks for writing in.
I have read your post and understand your concern.
The HSG report is normal, with no abnormality of uterus or tubes mentioned.

The hormonal assay has a few red flags especially-
Prolactin- is high at 51
LH is higher than FSH
Clinically you have no menstruation for months together.

Putting together the absent cycles and the hormonal imbalance- suggestive of no ovulation, I would like to think about polycystic ovarian disease.
I would suggest you get a follicular monitoring study done, which is an ultrasound scan done to see growth of follicles.

Also you must consult a gynecologist who can give you medication to regularize your periods,as it is very important. Medicines are also given to stimulate follicular growth and induce ovulation(rupture). But they must not be taken without a doctors supervision.
Eating healthy and exercising regularly with good weight control are absolutely necessary as well.
Do not worry.
You may write to us again if you have any doubts.
All the best.
