Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Endoscopy reveals inflammation of whole stomach. It includes upper fundus, middle body and lower antrum and pylorus.
2. Part of duodenum is also involved with inflammation.
3. Test for H.pylori bacteria is negative in both biopsy and biochemical tests.
4. Treatment includes H2 receptor blockers therapy.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
