Need Advice On The First Trimester Obstetric Ultrasound

Doctor, My First Tremester obstetric ultrasound impression is Clumped fetal pole seen with no cardial activity seen. Clacified yolk sac visualized. My LMP is 28.12.2011. And they have written in the impression as Most likely IUD. What does it mean?...

Hello

Sorry to inform you that IUD means intra uterine death.
There are no signs of fetal life.
Fetal pole is clumped and fetal heart beat is not seen. This shows non viable fetus.
Calcified yolk sac is also not a sign of live fetus.
You should contact your doctor for further management.

Take Care
