Need Advice On Chances Of Pregnancy

I have been on the nuva ring for 6 months. This past month, I didn t know my ring fell out during intercourse until late the next morning. It was on the third day of the new cycle of putting the ring in. I rinsed it off and put it back in. I was wondering what are the chances of pregnancy?

Hi,
Since the ring was outside for more than three hours, a new ring should be put. Also, as you are in the first week of ring insertion, you are not protected and need to use additional protection for seven days and with a new ring. Right now, please go for the insertion of a new ring, take emergency contraception, use protection with condoms or male spermicide for the next seven days and wait for your next period. Take help from an expert if you do not see your next period as expected. Take care.
