dear sir
hi & welcome to healthcaremagic
i have gone through your history in detail .
your symptoms are generalised & appear to be secondary to the stress factor
my suggestions to you are

1. destress yourself with complete bed rest / sleep . you may also try some yoga / anxiolytic medications .

2. get your thyroid profile checked to rule out hypothyroidism

3. drink more water / fruits .

4. you may get your xray cervical spine if no relief

Since you are youg, there is no chance of cervical spondylosis.

this may be muscle spasm due to stress

try to do the following.

1.Apply any pain balam or medicated oil and gentle massage over the shoulder

2.practice yoga
