Neck Sonography Done, Shows Lipomatous Lesion In Deeper Soft Tissue Of Left Neck Region. Surgery Or Medicinal Cure?

my mother s neck sonography showed following results what u would suggest surgery or medicinal cure by ayurveda or homeopathy .....Mom’s Sonography Report Of Neck. Well defined, iso.slightly hyperechoic lesion measuring 18mm in thickness is seen in deeper soft tissue plane of right neck region.the long axis is fairly homogeneous with moderate attenuation of sound of sound beam.no posterior acoustic enhancement seen. No obvious cystic or calcific areas are seen.the superficial subcutaneous fat plane is normal. ---the lesion is insinuating into the muscular plane. --the lesion does not show any vascularity. THESE ARE LIKELY TO REPRESENT LIPOMATOUS LESION IN DEEPER SOFT TISSUE PLANE OF LEFT NECK REGION,INSINUATING INTO MUSCULAR PLANE(LIKELY EXCESSIVE FAT DEPOSITION) HP correlation for cytological characterization of the lesion.

Hello
The bat option is surgery as it will completely remove the source of problem.
There is no allopathic medicine to dissolve lipomas.
It is controversial whether any medicine from any pathy is going to work and if at all it does,it is going to take very long time in achieving this.
Thanks
