Neck, Shoulder Always Tensed, Have Severe Headaches. Remedy?
hi my name is Danielle and I have been dealing with a lot of bad headaches and I am believing they are caused to be from my neck and shoulders being tense all the time I have my husband to rub them and the time it relieves it and then the next day it sometimes comes back 2 times worse is their any thing I can do or take too help me please help me
