Neck pain, pain in the head while coughing. What could be the reason?

hi i have had neck pain for a time but over the last 6months if i cough i get pain in my front of my head if i sneese i get pain in the top of my head i am affraid yo get a cold because the coughing i get pain again all like headacres my name Gerald Dyson ps i will be seeing a soft tissue doctor but i have to wait another 4 weeks

Headache can be due to various causes. The presence of accompanying symptoms also helps in the diagnosis. These symptoms are vomiting, loss of consciousness, visual complaints, and weakness of legs and worsening of headache with change of posture or cough.
The presence of cough headache may suggest a possibility of neurological problem in the back side of the brain/Spinal cord. This can be ruled out by doing a MRI scan of the brain and cervical spine.
I sincerely advice you to undergo a neurological assessment by a local neurologist who will clinically assess you and guide you through appropriate investigations.
If the examinations and MRI scans are normal; you may benefit with simple analgesics
