Neck Pain, Hurts To Swallow Saliva. Have Reflux

For the last two years I v had weird pain on the right side of the the neck . This pain comes and goes within 2 weeks but it s really annoying and I don t know what to do. I have no other symptoms (no fever, no fatigue , no whitespots on my tonsils, nothing else). The reason why I think it s weird is because it only hurts when swalling saliva . I have no problems eating or drinking anything. I believe the reason for the pain is that the tounge touches sensitive area in my mouth however I cannot locate it. My diet is clean although I got diagnosed with reflux . Of course medication did not help. I have a feeling that it s not throat that couses the pain but something in my mouth. For example if I try to swallow while holding my tounge still with my teeth, there is no pain at all.
