General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the cervical spondylosis , causing pressure on the nerves coming out from the spinal cord, refluxly causing dizzyness, short ness of breath, nausea, and shaking of hands.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
