Neck pain, MRI says cervical protruion problem at C-4 -C-5. Dr advises immediate surgery. Any alternative treatment ?

hello sir, my wife got neck pain , and after MRI doctor found cervical protruion problem at C-4 -C-5 .they suggest immediate surgery, but i am looking for second openion, can it be cure by Ayurvedic medicines or if surgery performed, it will be 100% okey. or els can i wait and do phyo theripy ...... plese help me thanks AAAAA -0000 india

Protrusion of cervical discs is an age related degenerative change in the spine. Conservative treatment with pain killers, muscle relaxants and physiotherapy is the first line of treatment. Surgery is considered only in severe cases.
