Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

After a physical examination X ray spine may help to identify the exact cause of that neck problem you are having. Excessive sleepiness requires to investigated. Do you have a good night time sleep. Is there excessive snoring? Do you wake up frequently during night? Some times hypothyroidism can cause such problems. A thyroid profile may be required to arrive at the exact cause of the problem.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
