Neck, Back, Jaw And Arm Hurting, Have Anxiety And Scoliosis. Chances Of Heart Attacks In Young?
I m a 23 year old female and the other day my neck, back, jaw and arm were hurting and I felt like I was going to puke so I went to the er and she told me it wasn t a heart attack but I heard you could have symptoms days or weeks before it happens but I also have anxiety and scoliosis and have been going to the Chiraprator I was just wonder can a 23 year old have a heart attack and how common is it?

No at the age of 23 their are no chance of Heart attack but it is the best age to take precaution to prevent a Heart attack in future say after 10 years. It become more mandatory if you have positive Family History. The risk factors are:
1. Family History.
2. Overweight
3. Increased Cholesterol and triglycerides
4. Low Good Cholesterol(HDL)
5. Smoking and Alcohol
6. Fatty and oily and salty diet
7. Increasing Age
8. Diabetes
9. Heart Disease
Precaution to be taken are:
1. Maintain your weight according to your height.
2. Regular exercise at least 5 days per week.
3. Low salt/Sodium diet
4. Avoid Fatty, junk food, smoking and alcohol.
