Neck, Back And Headache Pain With A Temperature Of 101.9

HI I have chronic neck and back pain but usually its just a dull pain. Today I woke up feeling dizzy and my neck and lower back were really hurting. I also have chills and a moving headach that starts in the middle of my head and moves to my temples. The one unusal thing I did last night was used the elyptical machine. I grabbed the bars and stretched my back out. I just cheked and my temp is 101.9. I Just feel very achy.

the result of chronic neck &back pain is due to nerve compression .other problem is due to usage of machine & the temp is also due to that ,that is due to bodyache.dont use machine temperorely.the headache may be due to sinus .you can take tribhuvankirti ras &ekangvir ras 2tab 3times for 1wk.
