Nauseous, Headache, Sharp Pain. What Can Be The Treatment?

Hi, I am on a trip and noticed the other night that I could not touch the back tip of my head. It was like a very sharp pain to touch. I could not brush my hear in that area. I noticed today 3 days later that I am nauseous and my head is starting to feel like a full blown headache. I have never had that sharp pain in my head before and I know what migraines and cluster headaches are as I have had them in the past. This does not feel like one. When I bend over forward that area really hurts. When I lay on it it really hurts. But now I have a headache coming on so I am a bit concerned. Thanks for any input.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
If there is a local tenderness and the kind of pain that you are describing, there appears to be a local cause for the headache. It could be an inflammation like cellulitis or an abscess. Both of them causelocal tenderness with radiating pain to whole of the head.Skin appears tender and any kind of stretch like bending forward aggravates the pain.
The best way would be to get examined by a doctor who can prescribe you certain antibiotics for the same.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
