Nauseating headaches, feels weak, dizzy, abdominal pain

I have had nausiating headaches , have been hot one minute and cold the next and have been feeling extremely weak. This has been going on for three days now. I cant get off the couch without feeling dizzy. At times I have really sharp abdominal pain that can last up to a couple hours and when they come on I cant move because it hurts so bad. what could all this be from.

it is a kind of migrain.. even abdominal pain is also related to that...take divalproex 250 mg for 3 month...
