Nausea, Vomitting, Frequent Urination, Period Came As Only Light Spotting. Pregnancy Test Negative. What Does It Indicate?
i have been nauseous and vomiting off and on for about two weeks now, im worn out, having frequent urges to urinate, my period was due two days ago and it came with only very light spotting of a very light red color, im having some cramping but not like usual, ive taken a pregnancy test and it said negative, if im not pregnant what could the issue be

This could be a pseudo-impression of pregnancy, if a woman is very much eager or conscious for conception then such symptoms is very likely even without the actual conception, you need to accept the fact that pregnancy is not there, then this symptoms will go away, take care have great day and good luck.
