Nausea, swollen breasts and food aversions. Pregnant? Negative reports for urine pregnancy test

Hi, I have missed my period for 3 months now and all of my blood tests and urine tests have shown me negative for pregnancy. The weirdest part is the rest of my symptoms: -nausea -smells affecting my nausea -growing breasts -food aversions -strange sensations in my lower abdomen -fatigue I just need some guidance as to what I need to be doing and what it could be.

thanks for your query.
If you have consistently negative tests for pregnancy, you are not pregnant.
Please confirm this by visiting a gynecologist also.
Your other symptoms could be attributed to other conditions.
Anxiety, stress, emotional upheavals, fluctuations in weight, thyroid disorders, polycystic ovaries - all these could cause delayed periods.
WIthout seeing a doctor, there is no way to opine what exactly is happening.
take care.
