Nausea, Strong Abdominal Pulse. What Could Be Causing This?

I am a 24 year old female who is nauseous a lot. And no I am not pregnant. It comes and goes througout the day. I also have a strong abdominal pulse and wondered if the two go hand in hand. The abdominal pulse has always been strong for what I can remember and the nauseousness has been going on for a few months now. What could be causing this?

Hi. This doesn't sound like a female problem but you need to have an evaluation with blood work, a ct scan of the abdomen, and a screen for H pylori--the so-called ulcer bug. While I can't be certain what's going on, it could be a gallbladder problem, pancreatitis, gastric reflux disorder, or irritable bowel syndrome
