I fell dull Pains all over they move around, never stay in 1 spot to long. I try to vomitt but I cant, had diharea the other night and after that Its the best I felt in awhile thought it was over then the next day it was back pretty strong. Hello, puknut26,
Typical symptoms of IBS are abdominal pain, bloating , constipation
or diarrhea or intermittent . There should be no alarm symptoms such
as bleeding, fever, chills, weight loss, anemia etc. If any of these are
present , we have to rule out organic causes such as colitis, Crohn's,
Celiac, auto-immune disorders etc.
From your description, it looks like you are under a lot of stress.
Whether it is family related, work related or study related , only you know.
This could also be related to something you ate or drank , like a mild case
of food poisoning.
You can try taking some antacid preparations such as Gelucil or Riopan after
each meal and see if that helps.
I wish you well.
