General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Nausea, low grade fever, discomfort below sternum.
Each and every test is normal including ultrasound of abdomen except tortuous splenic artery.
Tortuous splenic artery may be a congenital ( since birth) defect.
Your query is this mean pancreatic cancer?

No , not at all.
In pancreatic cancer symptoms are different.
In pancreatitis usually there develops fever , but in your reports all blood culture, stool culture are normal.
Consult a physician/surgeon and get in there opinion and they will decide ,what is the reason of fever.
Nausea and discomfort near sternum is due to tension ,anxiety ,hyper acidity.
Psychiatrist consultation may be helpful.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Good luck.
