Nausea, Frequent Urination, Swelling In Feet And Spotting. Not Pregnant. What Else?

i have a problem and the problem is that i feel few symtoms of pregnancy like morning sickness , frequent urine , foot sweelling . and back bone pain . i test three time and the result is negative . yesturday i ultrasound normal with doctor and i dont have pregnancy . but till yesturday i have spotting . i go to doctor he said ur not pregnant . if i am not pregnant so why i feel like pregnancy women and why i have spotting ?

The symptoms you mention are non specific and can occur due to many reasons other than pregnancy. You may experience such symptoms just because you are waiting for pregnancy. Pregnancy is diagnosed only if there is a positive pregnancy test or if there is an ultrasound picture.
Even the spotting may be due to psychological causes, stress for an example, after exclusion of organic causes by your doctor. So there is nothing to worry about and I wish you get pregnant soon.
