Nausea, Exhaustion, Dizziness. Advise?

Hello, My name is Brittnee. For the past 5 days I have woken up with nausea, but I haven't thrown up yet. I've been weak and can barley get myself to get up to go to the bathroom, completely exhausted, with no energy. I'm 17, and feeling like this scares me alot. Every time I stand up I get dizzy. I can barley keep my eyes open, but I am not running a fever. What could possibly be wrong? Please answer soon, I'm getting really scared and I don't have insurance so I can not go to a hospital.. and yes, I am sexually active. I always get asked this question, please help.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

If there is any possibility of pregnancy rule out that first.
Then if the symptoms persist you have to get evaluated to rule out anemia, thyroid abnormalities and blood sugar levels also to be done once.
With this workup the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treatment can be given.
You have to take nutritious diet, sufficient rest is necessary.
