Nausea, Dizziness, Pain In Temple. Got Hit By Football. Treatment?

Hello i was just at football and we were not wearing helmets or pads. A player was thrown to the ground and i tripped over him and was kneed in the head very hard. On the way home i am very naseous and a little dizzy and cant open my jaw past 2 fingers without extreme pain in the temple. What is the problem? And what can i do to make this pain go away.

Hi ! If the symptoms of dizziness and nausea continue for a longer duration, you should report at the emergency room of a nearest hospital for getting clinically examined and for further investigations if need be to exclude any chances of a head injury. Wishing you an early recovery.
