Hi Dr XXXXX. I am a 46 year old woman .I have been feeling very sick before and after eating to the point of feeling like after taking codine. My blood presure also drops rapidly from 118/70 to as low as 58/45 . I can feel the drop to the passing out point. This has been happening for over 6 months . I did do a fasting blood suger and it was at 90. Please give me an opinion oh how to follow up here . Thank you much.
