Nausea After Eating, Irregular Stools, Gas. What To Do?
Hi doct I am 23 years old and my problem is when i am eating food i am feeling like vomitting even i am want to eat food but i am not able to eat food because fear of vomitting i am facing this problem from past 2-3 years i discuss with doctor but they giving vomitting tablet it is ok but again same problem coming my bathroom is not coming clearly it will take lot of time.gas is coming to my mouth pls tellme what to do? I am very weak and my weight is 48.5 kg and also how to increase my weight pls recommend Thanks

Your all problems is due to your digestive system. Your food in not digesting properly and hence you are not gaining weight. The Nausea and disturbed bowels movements are due to:
1. GERD: To get rid form this try to be standing position for at least 30 minutes after every meals. Do not lie down after meal.
2. Inflammation in GI track: Endoscopy is the diagnostic procedure for this and accordingly antibiotic, antacids and PPI inhibitirs can be taken.
3. Liver Disorders: Do your Liver function test and avoid fatty, oily and spicy food.
Try to take high fiber diet and plenty of water. Do regular exercise and avoid stress.
Consult your Treating doctor and go for required investigations. Hope this will help you.
