Natural miscarriage, no pcos, myometrial cyst. When it will be safe to conceive a baby?

I am a healthy female, 28 years. 12 days back, I had a miscarriage , after 10 weeks of my first pregnancy . It all happened naturally and I was not required for D&C. No PoCs were detected after 7-8 days through USG . I have been detected with a myometrial cyst . Is that the reason for miscarriage? When can I plan to conceive again healthy?

Welcome to HCM forum

It must be an endometrial cyst

In myoma there are fibroids not cyst

Incompetent os can also cause spontaneous abortion

Investigate for the cause and then plan for pregnancy
