Hello and welcome to HCM

Nasal congetion and swollen uvula suggests that you suffer from allergy.
Allergy causes the mucosa to swell up and remain congested.
An anti histaminic like loratidine will help in this condition.
However, if the problem is very troublesome you need to consult your ENT specialist.

A soft tissue that you are feeling close to the uvula can be due to the congestion of the mucosa or some growth of the oral mucosa which is hanging down from the soft palate.

A clinical examination by an ENT specialist is required.
In case a mass is present, a biopsy (examination of part of the mass) is needed.
This investigation will help to know the nayute and origin of the lesion.

Thanks and take care
