Nasal Blockage In One Nostril, Thick Yellow Mucus, Relieves With Hot Drinks. CT Scan Showed Mucus Filling. Solution?

i feel nasal blokage in my one right nostril and some time in left this is alternative with me . and just after arising my any one mostly right nostril is closed. there is no any dropping, but yellow mucus thick is there ,but very tippicle to blow off. whenever i drink hot tea i fell better and my ct scan shown that there is filling of mucus.what should i do

Hi,
I have gone through your query.
It suggests that you may be suffering from the sinusitis.
For this first you try the conservative management--->
1. Proper antibiotic course.
2. Nasal and Systemic decongestant.
3. Systemic decongestant.
4. Nasal Steroid.
5. Nasal douche.
