Nail Separated From Cuticle. Why Is The Cuticle Growing Back After An Infection?
At the bottom of my big toe nail, my nail has separated from the cuticle. I did have an infection on the side of my toenail and then it kind of spread to underneath my nail and now I can push on the skin under my nail and can see between my toenail and skin. The infection is gone but is the cuticle going to grow back? Is there any need to see a doctor for treatment?

your toe cuticle is quite a sensitive area.
the receptors are more and hence more painful.
just be careful with the infections and if its painful see a doc.
a visual diagnosis can be helpful,so if you can revert back with the picture or better show a doctor who can physically examine the toe.
