Myasthenia Gravis. Reduced Weight, Respiratory Crisis. Kept In ICU. Can She Get Back To Normal?

Cousin (female, 30) was diagnosed with Myasthenia gravis 3 years ago. It was all OK and very light/moderate until spring, when she had first crisis. Since then, she spent most of the time in hospitals, did plasmapheresis (twice!), has lost significant amount of weight (is now like 40kg at 165cm height), she s now in different hospital, where they are trying to stabilize her with IVIg to do a thymeoctomy, but after receiving IVIg for 5 days, she is in very bad condition, had an episode of respiratory crisis, was at ICU . What is prognosis for her, is there anything she can look forward? Any good/optimistic chances to get to normal life outside hospital/ICU? This has been rapid detoriation of condition, it s horrible.
