My Wife Was Diagnosed With Vaculitis Cerebal, A Small Brain

My wife was diagnosed with Vaculitis Cerebal, a small brain bleed & ruptured neck artery today after using Botox for migraine control. Neurologist is baffled but determined. Can you help shed some light on this? Should note 7 days prior to treatment MIR showed no signs of aforementioned problems.
