My wife is currently taking Pantaprazole 40 mg once per day for heartburn, gerd, whatever. We have discovered that our Med D provider Silver Script does not include on their formulary. She has taken omeprazole before and her doctor put her on the Pantaprazole instead. Our Med D plan covers Dexilant Cap in 30 and 60 mg DR and Nexium Cap20 and 40 mg. Nexium GRA 2.5,5,10, 20 and 40 mg. also Prilosec(omeprazole cap 20 mg and CpDR 10 mg. We're hoping her doctor will consider one of these.
