What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Numbness In Arms And Legs?

My wife has shortness of breath and her hand and feet turn blue and tinlgle and hurt but they are hot to the touch and they did a ultrasound and said they found one blockage on each side of her neck and did a CT scan today and they said it came back normal but yet it s been going on now three weeks any ideas I m extremely worried about my wife

Well, these are signs of certain neuropathic issues and this is most commonly seen in some metabolic disorders such as diabetes,of the most common causes of peripheral neuropathy, accounting for about 30% of cases. In diabetic neuropathy, tingling and other symptoms often first develop in both feet and go up the legs, followed by tingling and other symptoms that affect both hands and go up the arms.
