My wife has shortness of breath and her hand and feet turn blue and tinlgle and hurt but they are hot to the touch and they did a ultrasound and said they found one blockage on each side of her neck and did a CT scan today and they said it came back normal but yet it's been going on now three weeks any ideas I'm extremely worried about my wife

My husband is an alcoholic and each time we argue he upsets me so much that I feel like my heart is beating extremely fast and I can t get enough air in my lungs. Just today we he was upset about something we argued and he goes to bed but here it is 2 hrs later and I still feel like my hands are shaking and I have shortness of breath. Could this be an anxiety attack?
