My wife has cirrosis and kldney failure she on hospice for the last 6 months and has swollen feet .esides.
Kidney pain. Take diluadid and meth for pain very exhausted every day sleeps every day with or without pelts
I have a feeling she just might make it alive. Or m I hoping

Yes, thank you. We just heard from Hospice that they think my 88 year old mother in law, 9 years into ALZ and living in a memory Medicaid unit, may have feces leaking through and exiting her vagina. Each time they tap her they drain 4-5 liters of fluid out. Her meld score is 30 and has had varices banded. She is incoherent most of the time and ius being fed through an ng tube. How long should I let her be in this state before putting in hospice?

My dad has last stages of chf and has copd, diabetes and 71 yrs old. He has been in the hospital 3 time in 4 months currently now in icu for fluid build up and had a Tia. Is it time for hospis. He has a dnr. This has been so hard to see him struggle for air.
